SHIPPING POLICY
At Atlee’s Alcove, we work hard to get your happy mail out quickly and with care! All orders are processed and shipped within 3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

To help keep shipping affordable—especially for our smallest shoppers—sticker-only orders under $10 will be sent via standard mail without tracking. This allows us to keep costs low while still getting your goodies safely to you.

All other orders will include tracking and be shipped via USPS.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We hope you love everything from Atlee’s Alcove, but if something doesn’t work out, you can request a return within 15 days of receiving your order.

Because many of our items are one-of-a-kind or limited in quantity, we’re unable to offer exchanges at this time. We can’t guarantee a replacement will be available—but we’re happy to help with a return if needed.

To start a return, just reach out with your order number and reason for return. Items must be unused and in original condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
